Which sports car to rent in Frankfurt

Frankfurt is our biggest sports car station after Munich, and the top end is serious. From Porsche the 911 Carrera Coupe with 379 hp (385 PS) and the Cabriolet with 388 hp (394 PS), the 911 Carrera GTS Coupe with 532 hp (541 PS) and 0-60 in 2.9 seconds, the 911 GT3 with 502 hp (510 PS), 9,000 rpm and 0-60 in 3.2 seconds, and the mid-engine 718 Cayman as GTS 4.0 with 394 hp (400 PS) and as the track-bred GT4 RS with 493 hp (500 PS). The Audi R8 brings the last naturally aspirated V10, 562 hp (570 PS), 0-62 in 3.7 seconds, and the McLaren GT 612 hp (620 PS) of British carbon fiber, 0-60 in 3.1 seconds - both of them supercars in every sense, both stationed here.

From BMW the M2 with 453 hp (460 PS), the M4 Competition Coupe with 523 hp (530 PS), the M3 Competition Touring with 503 hp (510 PS) - the fast wagon BMW doesn't sell in the US - and the M5 with up to 717 hp (727 PS) if you want four doors and a hybrid punch. From Audi also the RS6 Avant and the RS Q8 with 591 hp (600 PS) each, from Mercedes-AMG the CLE 53 Coupe with 443 hp (449 PS). The booking form above shows which of them are in Frankfurt for your dates.

Not stationed in Frankfurt but a phone call away: the Ferrari Roma and 296 GTS, the Lamborghini Urus and the Aston Martin Vantage come over from our other German stations on request. Whatever you pick, it's guaranteed - no "or similar".

If you want the car for the autobahn, take the GT3, the R8 or the M5. If you want corners in the Taunus, the Cayman GT4 RS or the M2.

Where to drive a sports car around Frankfurt

Autobahn: the A5 south toward Darmstadt and Heidelberg and the A3 toward Würzburg have long stretches without a speed limit, minutes from the station. Sunday morning is the time; Friday afternoon is not.

Taunus: the Feldberg loop north of the city - up from Oberursel, over the Großer Feldberg, back down through Königstein - is 40 miles of the best sports car road in the region, 30 minutes from the Messe.

Rhine and Romantic Road: Rüdesheim and the castles of the Rhine gorge are an hour west, the Romantic Road starts in Würzburg an hour east, and Munich is four hours down the A3 for a one-way rental, see our one-way rental page.

City: the skyline from the Main riverbank, the Alte Oper, and a coffee at the Römer with the car parked in front of it.

The best prices for cars in Germany. Good communication with customers, the deposit was returned the next day. I recommend👍

Fantastic service that I wish we had in Australia. Will definitely use again when in Germany. Great selection of cars at reasonable prices with great professional service. Had a Cayman GTS this time around for a few days and look forward to trying some of the other fleet vehicles next time!

I hired an M3 Touring through this outfit and it was a great experience. The guy who handed over the car was really accommodating and helpful. The car was phenomenal and everything in the process was super simple and straight forward. Definitely recommend!

Such an awesome experience! Rented a BMW M3 and the ride was such an amazing experience. Pick up was in Munich and drop off was in Salzburg and each time was ABSOLUTELY seamless. Will definitely rent again when I'm in Germany!

Great company. Rented a GT4 in Stuttgart, they took the time to walk around the car to document any damages, asked for me to take pictures and videos. Great process, Car was clean and in excellent shape. Super service, could not be happier. I will have to do a trip every year from now on.
