carvia team at handover of rental contract

CarVia -
Car rental the way it always should have been.

A Porsche 911 is a promise. A line at the counter, "or similar" on your booking confirmation and a rushed look for scratches rarely live up to it. That gap never let go of us.

So we do three things differently. You drive exactly the model you booked. Our own team handles the handover, in person instead of anonymous. And our in-house technology takes care of the paperwork, so there's time for what this is really about: the car.

From booking to return. Born in Munich, now all across Europe.

CarVia in the press

Geheimtipp Stuttgart

"From sharing to monthly subscriptions: cutting the number of cars in half
CarVia's vision is to significantly reduce the more than 48 million cars in Germany. With each car currently used for an average of just one hour a day, the team's approach isn't about bans, but about innovative usage concepts that put vehicles to better use. According to studies, one car sharing vehicle can replace between 7 and 20 privately owned cars in the long run. So it's no surprise that CarVia is launching a fully digital car sharing service in summer 2022, with the right mix of driving fun and sustainability for every use case." (Translated from German)

GQ

"Recently, I had the pleasure of getting to know the entrepreneurial counterpoint to a car rental for show-offs. Joschka Reik told me about the challenges of his business. He is one of the founders of CarVia, a young car rental company based in Munich. The fleet mainly consists of Porsche sports cars. They rent to wedding couples just as much as to men who want to fulfill a lifelong dream with a day in a 911. Tourists also love having the cars arranged through their hotel concierge." Porsche Times

"Pure driving time on each day's route is about 4-5 hours. In a convoy, connected by walkie-talkie to the instructor up front, you take on countless mountain passes. Driving tips and the odd anecdote about the tour come over the radio! The breathtaking changes of scenery thrill everyone in the car." (Translated from German)
