Ferrari rental in Munich

Rent a Ferrari in Munich and you are two hours from Italy. The prancing horse, the red paint, the sound that stops conversations - and the roads it was built for start right outside the city: the unrestricted autobahn and the Alpine passes.

Which Ferrari to rent in Munich: Roma or 296 GTS

Two Ferraris are in our fleet in Germany, and both are new: the Ferrari Roma, the grand tourer with the 3.9-liter twin-turbo V8, 612 hp (620 PS) and 0-62 mph in 3.4 seconds - the car for a long day on the autobahn and a dinner reservation at the end of it. And the Ferrari 296 GTS Spider, the open one: a 3.0-liter V6 hybrid with 819 hp (830 PS), 0-62 mph in 2.9 seconds and a retractable hardtop that folds away in 14 seconds. The booking form above shows which of them are in Munich for your dates, and you always get the exact model you book - no "or similar".

Munich likes to call itself the northernmost city of Italy, and a Ferrari fits right in: Maximilianstrasse in the evening, the Alps in the morning, Lake Garda for the weekend. If you would rather compare, our sports car rental in Munich shows the whole lineup, from Porsche to Lamborghini.

Where to drive a Ferrari around Munich

Autobahn: the A9 towards Nuremberg and the A8 towards Salzburg have long unrestricted stretches - the Roma was built for exactly this.
Alps: the German Alpine Road, Kesselberg, Sudelfeld, Garmisch and Neuschwanstein Castle are about an hour south - 296 GTS territory, roof down.
Italy: Lake Garda and the Dolomites are a 4-hour drive over the Brenner Pass. Take the Ferrari home to Italy for a weekend.
City: Maximilianstrasse, the Englischer Garten and dinner in Schwabing - the evening drive is half the point.

Great company. Rented a GT4 in Stuttgart, they took the time to walk around the car to document any damages, asked for me to take pictures and videos. Great process, Car was clean and in excellent shape. Super service, could not be happier. I will have to do a trip every year from now on.

I hired an M3 Touring through this outfit and it was a great experience. The guy who handed over the car was really accommodating and helpful. The car was phenomenal and everything in the process was super simple and straight forward. Definitely recommend!

Such an awesome experience! Rented a BMW M3 and the ride was such an amazing experience. Pick up was in Munich and drop off was in Salzburg and each time was ABSOLUTELY seamless. Will definitely rent again when I'm in Germany!

The best prices for cars in Germany. Good communication with customers, the deposit was returned the next day. I recommend👍

Fantastic service that I wish we had in Australia. Will definitely use again when in Germany. Great selection of cars at reasonable prices with great professional service. Had a Cayman GTS this time around for a few days and look forward to trying some of the other fleet vehicles next time!

How it works for visitors from the US

Pickup or delivery: pick up your Ferrari at our Munich rental hub at Motorworld, or we deliver it to your hotel or to Munich Airport (MUC).
Driver's license: a US or Canadian driver's license is all you need - no international driving permit required. Bring your passport.
Minimum age: 27 years for the Roma, 30 years for the 296 GTS - and in both cases you need to have held your driver's license for at least 3 years. The booking process shows the requirement next to each car.
Deposit: blocked on a credit card in the renter's name, never charged. Debit cards are not accepted. The amount is shown during booking.
Cancellation: free of charge up to one week before pickup.
Return: most of our hubs have 24/7 key safes, so a late return after a long day in the Alps is no problem.

The Roma if you want a grand tourer: two plus two seats, a proper trunk, and a V8 that is happy at 150 mph on the autobahn for hours. The 296 GTS if you want the open-top supercar: 819 hp, hybrid V6, roof down on the Alpine Road or the Rhine. Both are new, both are exactly the car you book.
